In the American electoral system, skipping a primary election is considered especially heinous. In Philadelphia, the dedicated civilians who educate others about these low-turnout elections are members of an elite squad known as the Civilians on Tap. These are their stories. *bom bom*

For March's Civics on Tap we'll be talking about the 2017 Primary Elections being held in May with guest speakers from Committee of Seventy. The first civic duty of every American is to vote in every election so we'll be discussing who's running and for what. We'll also probably throw a Lenny Brisco style zinger in there.
