You have had articles such as "release the block captain names’. Have the names been released? I just became a block captain so I can see from the inside how it works and doesn’t work. I would like there to be term limits – it could be 4 years the same as committee people. But only then will new neighbors know who the block captain is and there won’t be a bad one that insists on staying in power even though they don’t do the work . It is called entitlement.
